All sales at RACK$ ‘n’ KICKS are final which means cancellation of orders is not possible at all.

 

We have a limited collection, which means Exchanging and Returning would not be possible always. Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Returns are only entertained in case of a damaged product or a wrongful size delivery.

 

The customer is to notify us within 3 days of delivery and the team at RACK$ ‘n’ KICKS will scrutinize your return request to validate it. If approved, the customer is to deliver and ship the pair in the same exact conditions with the tags attached. All original accessories and items must be included in the parcel that is being returned. Once the pair has been received, the refund will be initiated within 7 business days through the same mode of payment and portal, the payment for the transaction was made through.
